A Last Day in Christchurch

We spent the day cruising around Christchurch on the Metro. The Botanical Gardens are beautiful. Lunch was at a local brewery then it was back to the hostel to pack and do a last load of laundry. Our ride starts tomorrow.

I’m still trying to figure out how to change the day on here since we are a day ahead of the US so this log shows the date as yesterday for us.

Since the earthquake that leveled most of downtown Christchurch (February 2011) the ingenuity of the Kiwis is quite apparent.
