Good morning Vietnam. Mike and Jocelyn have cycled into their 23rd country in nine months. We crossed the border from Hekou, China to Lao Cai, Vietnam with relative ease checking out of China on our 30th day there and checking into Vietnam. We immediately declared the afternoon off and found an inexpensive hotel.

Tomorrow we will start our climb towards Laos. It is so nice to not be on a tight schedule once again.
