A fine dinner of pupusas. A pupusa is a traditional Salvadorian dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla that is usually filled with a blend of the following: cheese cooked and seasoned pork meat ground to a paste consistency refried beans, or queso con loroco. We like them with beans, cheese, and the delicious local mushrooms.

On this road I would prefer climbing. While descending both brakes must be held. A momentary let up could throw you off the bike.
