Ghara Klisa, the Black Church

A few pictures from the Black Church. Built over 2,000 years ago and rebuilt after an earthquake destroyed it in the 1300’s. Dedicated to one of Christ’s apostles, St. Thaddeus or commonly known as St Jude. It was last worked on 300 years ago and hasn’t been touched since.
